Our Product

（1）Aluminum Billet/Aluminum Rod/Aluminum Wire

Aluminum is our center material, then produce everything made by aluminum. From aluminum raw material aluminum ingot and aluminum billet to aluminum plate, aluminum coil, aluminum profiles ,aluminum windows and doors etc over 100series different aluminum products.

In past 15 years,we got ISO certificate and get many certificates for aluminum window and aluminium doors,included NRFC based America window standard,AWA based Australia Standard，CSA based Canada standard,Component based Germany Standard.

 

 

（2）Aluminum Extrusion For Window/Industry aluminum/Solar aluminum/Military Aluminum seamless

Extruding machines from 600 Ton to 6400 Ton then can produce almost all sizes of the profile extrusions total have 28 production lines and can produce 6000 Ton aluminium profile every month

7.0 meter Germany machining center system can do drilling,tapping,milling etc all. High level aluminium window and aluminium door machine included double head cutting machine, lock hole machining center and corner joining machine have over 50 pcs more to keep good quality product.can produce 5000 square meters one month.

Anodized and Vertical Powder coating each have 2 line to guarantee each day 300 ton aluminum profile extrusions.

Design team has 30 person and quality control has 20 person with total workers 900 person work to let us become number one window and door factory in north of China.

（4）Aluminum CNC Milling included: Die casting/Fabricate / Cutting/Drilling/Tapping

We have 15 CNC machines including CNC milling machines, CNC drilling machines, CNC machining centers, etc. Those machines serve the purpose of accurate machining on the aluminum materials so that it fits perfectly with the drawing standards and meets the actual requirements on precise installation dimensions.

Our company is equipped with CNC sawing machines for various cutting length and cutting angles to offer our customers with cut-to-length aluminum. Tolerance can be controlled within ±1mm for every 1000mm length.

All the drilling works are conducted by experienced workers who have mature skills and ensure products perfomance. Drilling works no matter deep hole or hole with irregular shape can be completed as per requested.
